This is the soup using eggs.
It’s simple, so you can follow steps for cooking.
How to cook a simple Egg Soup
• Ingredients(Essential): Eggs(4 or 5), Water, Soy sauce, Salt, Korean beef stock(dashida), Sugar, Sesame oil
• Additional: A can of Tuna, Sesame salt
1. First, Wash 4 or 5 eggs and break them carefully.
2. Whisk the eggs and put the salt.
3. Pour 2 and 1/2 cups of water in the pot and boil the water.
5. Put a spoon of Korean beef stock (to flavor the soup).
6. Pour the mixed egg water slowly in the pot. (stir so it doesn't burn.)
7. Finally, Add some sesame oil, half of tuna(drained of oil) and spread the sesame salt.
