How to cook a stir-fried zucchini


• Ingredients: zucchini, salt, chili pepper, onion, salted shrimp, oil, sesame salt, minced garlic, sesame oil



1. Cut the zucchini in half 
and slice it into pieces of suitable size.


2. After soaking with salt for 5 minutes,
squeeze out the moisture.


3. Then, cut the pepper in half, 
remove the seeds,
and finely chop them.


4. Slice a quarter of onion like zucchini.


5. Stir-fry minced garlic in oil.


6. Add the onion and stir-fry crispy.


7. Add the salted shrimp 
after removing moisture.


8. Add the zucchini and 
a half spoon of sesame oil.


9. Add the pepper and continue to fry.
(Flip just enough to prevent burning.)


10. Complete with sesame salt!
